CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to Vertical Events prior to Tuesday 4 February 2025. Refunds (minus any applicable credit card fees) will be paid only if cancellation is provided to Vertical Events prior to Tuesday 4 February 2025.

Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate, by providing details in writing to Vertical Events prior to the event (E: diane@verticalevents.com.au).
