CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to RIU Conferences Pty Ltd prior to Tuesday 3 February 2026. Refunds (minus any applicable credit card fees) will be paid only if cancellation is provided to RIU Conferences Pty Ltd prior to Tuesday 3 February 2026.

Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate, by providing details in writing to RIU Conferences Pty Ltd prior to the event (E: diane@verticalevents.com.au).

RIU Conferences Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been made by the due date.
